We’re a fun, easy-going, and completely bi-lingual (English/German) couple renting out this cozy, fully furnished, all-inclusive apartment in downtown Mannheim, Germany, to short-term or longer-term expats who are coming (often on behalf of their companies) to stay and live in Mannheim, Germany. The apartment is also located very close to Ludwigshafen, Germany and only a short distance away from Heidelberg, Germany.

When you rent from us, you’re dealing with real people, not a big, anonymous organization. The advantages of this are obvious: hassle-free, real contact, and we’re always there for you via WhatsApp should there ever be a problem with anything in the apartment.

We'll also personally meet you at the apartment upon your arrival to greet you and give you a full tour of the apartment, as well as an introduction to everything in the apartment. In addition, we'll also show you around the surrounding area a bit, so you'll truly feel at home right away.

At the end of your stay, we'll again go through the apartment together to check on everything, as is customary in Germany.

And not to worry: There will not be a final cleaning fee coming at you from out of nowhere; a regular (bi-weekly) apartment cleaning service is already included in the rent, and this also includes a final cleaning (to get the apartment ready for the next tenant).
